Adjustment Knob

Adjustment Knob with inner hex holes permits to speed the fitting of expanding size by cooperating with L-key. Screw in to increase the pressure or enlarge the jaw size.
Expand the size with the L key. Turn in to increase pressure or reduce jaw size, turn out vice versa.

Use Music wire (JIS G 3522) to provide high durability and be able to withstand repeated loads and high stress while retaining the elasticity.

Nickel-Plated Finish

Jaw, handle, lever, and linkage arm are shot peened to clean the surface and to make the surfaces even and consistent. The final finish is coated with the durable nickel plating that creates corrosion resistant coating.
